At Silvercrest Insurance, we have a simple 3 step process to educate you on Medicare and will help you find the best insurance coverage based on your needs and budget 

1. Enrolling in Medicare
We recognize that this can be the first obstacle for people and we will answer your questions and provide clarity on the necessary steps to enroll.
2. Understanding Medicare and Coverage Options
On your own, it will take hours and hours of research; we will explain it in less than an hour.
3. Enrolling in your insurance plan.
We will handle of all the paperwork and follow through until you have your policy and insurance card in hand.

How are we compensated?
Silver Crest Insurance, Inc. is an independent insurance brokerage agency who partners with many insurance companies. Our advisors search your coverage across multiple companies to find the best coverage for you. The great news is that our services are free to you! We are paid by the companies by the insurance companies we represent, and you pay nothing additional for our services.

After your applications are submitted

Once your application is submitted, our team will track it until your policy is issues and mailed. Once issues, a Client Service Specialist will reach out to let you know your policy has been issues and to expect it in the mail.

Once your coverage is in place

After your coverage has been in place for 30 days, a Client Service Specialist will reach out to check in and address any questions or concerns that may have come up since your coverage began. Our Client Services Specialists are available to you when you have questions or concerns about your Medicare coverage. Medicare Annual Enrollment - October 15th - December 7th (AEP)
Medicare Enrolless can making the following changes.

1) Switch from one Part D prescription plan to another Part D plan.

2) Switch from one Part C Medicare advantage plan to another Part D plan.

3) Switch from Original Medicare to a Medicare Advantage plan

4) Switch from a Medicare Advantage plan to original Medicare.

The Medicare Minute 

The Medicare Minute is an email newsletter sent out 1-2 times per month providing educational topics about Mediare. Pay special attention to this during the months of August and September as we send out communications about the yearly Medicare Annual Enrollment Period and any substantial plan changes impacting your specific plan.

Medicare Supplment rate increases

As many of our clients are aware, Medicare supplement plans come with annual rate increases. We make it a point to actively reach out to our clients with older policies to save money whenever possible. If you notice your rate creeping up and have heard from us, please feel free to call. We are always happy to review your options to make sure you continue to have the best rate possible
