Our customer service team is available to help resolve claims questions, prescription appeals, and general policyholder service questions.
Once Your Policy is in Place,
our Client Service Team will check in after 30 days to ask about your coverage, providing you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have since your coverage was placed.

Periodically you will receive a survey and be asked to evaluate our services.
We ask that you provide honest feedback. Yes, we love compliments, but we especially want to hear from clients who are not happy. Yes, you read that correctly! If you are unhappy with your coverage or lack of customer service, we want to know about it! We want the opportunity to make it right.
