MEET OUR TEAM

Dan started his insurance career in 2000 working as a field agent for The Guardian Life Insurance Company. It was at Guardian Dan had extensive training on financial products. Later in his career, a client approached him to ask about Medicare. After a bit of research, Dan realized the incredible task people face when navigating Medicare and their insurance coverage options.

Being an independent advisor at that time, Dan recognized that starting an independent agency representing multiple companies was the only way to go. As the founder of Silver Crest Insurance, Inc, Dan is confident that he and his staff will be providing top notch service to the Medicare population for years to come!  

Dan is married to his wonderful wife Deana. He has two daughters, Corrina and Alicia and a son Jakob. Dan enjoys skiing, playing golf and spending time at their favorite vacation spot in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Danielle started her career working in the health services field for a major hospital network in the Lehigh Valley. As a leader in client services, Danielle brings her specialized skills to helping existing clients, while making sure new clients have their coverages in place when needed. Highly organized, friendly and always with a warm smile, Danielle is always willing to go the extra mile for our clients!

When not at work, Danielle enjoys spending time with friends and family. 

Alexis began her career serving Medicare clients at United Healthcare. Wanting to service the Medicare population, Alexis brings 19 years of customer service experience to Silver Crest where she is excited to help serve our new and existing Medicare insurance clients.   

Alexis has two daughters, a smart and talented fifteen-year-old daughter, Aliya Marie, and her other daughter, a vibrant healthy one-year-old girl named Raina MaryAnn. Alexis enjoys warm summer evenings with her family around her fire pit in her their new home.  

As a member of Silver Crest Insurance Alexis is determined to help our clients with any questions or concerns about their policies to help provide the best service possible! 

Deana has been with us from the start and has had a big hand in making Silver Crest what it is today. Deana’s 15 years of billing and patient service provide her with special skills and knowledge which she uses to assist our clients with complex billing questions. 

Deana enjoys physical fitness and when not helping clients at Silver Crest, you might find her at Kirkland Village where she is a fitness instructor.

Cierra Palmer is a Business Development Manager here at Silver Crest. In addition to Medicare, Cierra is Pennie certified and helps people seeking traditional insurance coverage through the Affordable Care Act. She obtained her medical assistant certification through The American College which provides Cierra with a practical view of claims from the patient perspective.

Cierra lives in Whitehall with her husband and two daughters. In her free time, she keeps herself fit with morning jogs and kickboxing.

Deanna began her insurance career in 2019 at Banker’s Life Insurance Co. helping clients navigate their Medicare options and plan for final expenses.  Prior to working in the insurance industry, Deanna was a counselor for 30 years working with individuals who have developmental disabilities. Deanna’s work in the medical and mental health industry was her inspiration for helping folks with their Medicare insurance needs and making sure they have adequate coverage for whatever medical conditions they may have now or in the future.

Deanna has two grown sons, Zach and Trevor.  Deanna enjoys vacationing, especially to Florida and running the little league snack stand for spring baseball.  In her free time, Deanna likes to cook and bake.

As a member of the Silver Crest team, Deanna is committed to working with persons to fully understand their Medicare insurance needs.

Glory began her professional career in the manufacturing industry where she worked her way into a supervisory role. After 12 years in manufacturing, Glory sought out a career change. Her desire to help people pointed her in the direction of a career in the insurance industry.
 
As a member of the Silver Crest Team, Glory is committed to helping our local community with their Medicare insurance needs.

In the summer you can find Glory bass fishing lakeside. She enjoys football season, tending to her indoor plant collection, and spending time with family and friends.

Jennifer began her insurance career working with American Income Life helping to secure her client’s financial future with life insurance. She brings over six years of customer service experience prior to entering the insurance industry.

In her free time, she enjoys drawing and playing piano. Jennifer is happily married to her husband John. Together they have a beautiful son named Elias.

Jennifer is dedicated to helping her clients navigate the Medicare sign up process and select the best coverage based on their needs and budgets.
